It just so happens to be one of the most versatile lenses, and so commonly thought be the best focal length. It is my opinion that you will right with 35mm more than you’ll be wrong. In that sense it is the best. It is one of my trinity lenses, 35-50-85. I love to shoot at 28mm and at 135mm, but will more often reach for the 35mm to record my vision.
